How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Can I return a vinyl record or CD if I change my mind?

We accept returns on unopened and sealed media within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and copyright reasons, opened software, vinyl, or CDs cannot be returned unless they are defective.

What should I do if my record arrives warped or damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a free replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
